About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support to Dubai branch’s administrative and operational matters and assistance to team members with regards to meeting scheduling, logistics and travel. Responsibilities: Management and allocation of Dubai branch expenses and related monthly management account reporting. Coordinating with relevant parties for renewal of trade/other licenses of Dubai Branch. On an on-going basis conduct an operational review of regional policies and practices, including the continuous identification and implementation of process and system improvements. Support the Branch Manager for the Administrative and Governance related tasks. Ensure the appropriate level of coordination with the support functions: Finance, Technology, Operations, Telecom, and Facilities Management. Vendor management: ensure compliance with third party service provider corporate policies and processes. Comprehensive reception duties. Skills/Experience Required: Experience in Administrative Support English speaking Arabic a benefit but not a necessity. Job Expectations: Wells Fargo operates a Hybrid working model combining office and home working. The requirement is a minimum of 3 days in the office. |
