Job Description:

Core Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between different vendors & departments within Ecommerce and GMG Group departments.
Manage/handle the Internal Communications within the eCommerce operations.
Over-seeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
Process payments via SAP & SharePoint for HR processes.
Track and monitor Purchase Orders (PO’s) & Payments.
Manages, monitor and track payments and reconciliation.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Implement Office processes.
Maintain office file records.
Coordinate with Vendors
Credit Card Bookings and payments
Liaise with intra department on PO processing

Bachelor’s degree 
3+ years experience in Administrative Field
Strong communication skills
