Telephone Sales Coordination and process of quotation information
All aspects of customer support
Order coordination with – outside sales, service, manufacturing, QC, scheduling and shipping
Coordination of shipping.
Follow up regarding order process, order shipping, order invoicing and customer satisfaction.
Assist Customer Service Manager as required and assume duties in absence of Customer Service Manager.
Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Two to three years’ experience in customer service or equivalent job and product related experience in customer service.
Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, Spreadsheets and Database software.
Ability to read site plan drawings and provide a bill of material take-offs would be beneficial.
High school math level and comprehension skills.
Ability to communicate verbally or in written form effectively with customers and co-workers.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Outgoing and pleasant personality when dealing with customers either via the telephone or in person
