|We are looking for a dedicated Food- App Manager to be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and improving our services to maintain customer satisfaction. The Food App-Manager may perform technical tasks, such as troubleshooting technical issues, and manage operations.|
Experience/Understanding of Care Technologies like Call Management Systems and Ticket Management System.
Experience/Understanding of Food Delivery Business – Managing Operations of Delivery Boys
Experience/Understanding of Care Management (Merchant/Customer/Delivery Boys)
Negotiating and enrolling Vendors – Delivery Boys
Maintaining positive relationships with customers, merchants and Vendors
Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
Food App Manager Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field.
Minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience in the same field
Experience in customer service technology, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous.
Familiar in Fujairah market is more preferable.
Good computer skills and the ability to use business support software.
Strong customer service, project management skills.
Good resource planning skills.
Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
